Ingredients
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: crushed peanuts for topping
Optional: sliced strawberries or fresh berries for serving
Dippers: graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or toasted bread
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and warmed through, about 3–5 minutes.
- Pour the warm peanut butter mixture into a shallow serving dish or small bowl.
- Spoon the jam over the top and gently swirl it in with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and optional crushed peanuts.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dippers.
Notes
Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.
Grape jelly can be used for a more classic PB&J flavor.
Add a drizzle of melted dark chocolate for a dessert-like finish.
Top with crushed freeze-dried berries or mini chocolate chips for a festive look.
Can be made with almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter as alternatives.
