Description

A quick and refreshing watermelon slushie made with sweet watermelon, fresh lime juice, and ice, blended into a smooth and icy summer drink.

Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen or chilled

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

12 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves or lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey or sugar (if using), and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed, then blend briefly again to combine.
  4. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves or lime slices if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a fizzy twist, add a splash of sparkling water after blending.

Blend in strawberries for added sweetness and color.

Add fresh basil leaves for a light herbal flavor.

For best texture, serve immediately after blending.

If frozen, re-blend before serving to restore slushy consistency.
