Description
These no-bake Witch Hat Halloween Cookies are a fun and festive treat made with fudge stripe cookies, Hershey’s Kisses, and frosting. Perfect for parties or making with kids, they come together in just minutes and can be customized with sprinkles and colored gel.
Ingredients
1 package fudge stripe cookies (such as Keebler)
1 container of chocolate frosting or decorating gel
1 bag of Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Halloween sprinkles (optional)
Orange or purple food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Lay the fudge stripe cookies face down on a tray or baking sheet with the chocolate-coated side facing up.
- If desired, tint the frosting with orange or purple food coloring.
- Pipe a small amount of frosting or decorating gel into the center of each cookie.
- Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the frosting so it sticks and resembles a witch’s hat.
- Decorate around the base of the Kiss with additional frosting or sprinkles.
- Let the cookies sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the frosting to set before serving or packaging.
Notes
Use different Hershey’s Kiss flavors like caramel or cookies and cream for variety.
Mini M&M’s or sugar pearls can be used to create a buckle effect.
Store cookies in an airtight container with parchment between layers.
Not recommended for freezing due to texture changes.
