Creamy, cold, and crunchy frozen Yogurt Bites made with Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and chopped pecans. These no-bake treats are perfect for a light dessert or snack and can be made dairy-free or with fun variations like chocolate chips or fruit.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until creamy and well combined.
- Line a mini muffin tin with silicone liners or parchment paper.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into each liner.
- Top with chopped pecans, a few mini chocolate chips if using, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Freeze the muffin tin for at least 2 hours or until the bites are completely frozen and firm.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the tin and transfer to an airtight container.
- To serve, let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes to soften slightly before eating.
Notes
Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
Use flavored yogurt, shredded coconut, or different nuts for variations.
Dried fruit like cranberries or raisins can be added for extra texture.
Let thaw for a minute or two before eating for best texture.
