These homemade fruit roll-ups are a naturally sweet, chewy snack made with real fruit, honey, and lemon juice. They are easy to customize with your favorite fruits and make a perfect grab-and-go treat.

Ingredients

46 cups fresh or frozen fruit

46 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the fruit if needed, then blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add the honey and lemon juice and blend again until fully combined.
  3. Pour the fruit purée into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
  4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and spread the mixture evenly to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Bake at 170°F (77°C) for 4–6 hours until the surface feels dry and is no longer sticky to the touch.
  6. Allow the fruit leather to cool completely.
  7. Cut into strips, roll with parchment paper, and store for later snacking.
