Chocolate Cherry Frozen Yogurt Bon Bons are a simple frozen treat with a creamy fruit-filled center and a rich chocolate shell. Perfect for a light dessert or a refreshing make-ahead snack.
Ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil, measured solid then melted
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
20–30 liquid stevia drops
1/2 heaping cup black cherry yogurt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and stevia drops until smooth.
- Fill each section of a small candy mold or ice cube tray with about 2 teaspoons of yogurt, filling each cavity slightly over three-quarters full and spreading evenly.
- Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture over the yogurt, ensuring it fully covers the yogurt.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until fully set.
- Remove from the mold and serve immediately.
Notes
Swap black cherry yogurt with vanilla, strawberry, or raspberry yogurt for variation.
Add a pinch of sea salt to the chocolate mixture for deeper flavor.
Store in an airtight freezer-safe container with parchment between layers.
Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before serving if too firm.
Greek yogurt can be used for a thicker, creamier center.
