Description

These Chocolate Fudge Popsicles are a rich, creamy frozen dessert made with Yoo-hoo chocolate drink, chocolate syrup, and instant chocolate pudding mix. They freeze into smooth, fudgy treats that are perfect for warm days and chocolate lovers alike.

Ingredients

1 carton Yoo-hoo Chocolate Drink

1 bottle Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup

1 box Jell-O Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

Instructions

  1. Pour the Yoo-hoo chocolate drink into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the instant chocolate pudding mix and whisk until smooth, thick, and fully blended.
  3. Pour in the Hershey’s chocolate syrup and whisk again until rich, creamy, and evenly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each cavity to the top.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely solid.
  7. Remove the popsicles from the molds and serve immediately, or store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Substitute vanilla instant pudding for a milder chocolate flavor.

Add mini chocolate chips, crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, or chopped candy bars for extra texture.

Mix in 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder to enhance the chocolate flavor.

Swirl peanut butter or caramel into the mixture before freezing.

Use dark chocolate syrup for a richer taste.

Store in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.

Let popsicles sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes before serving for easier removal and a creamier texture.

Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to release popsicles easily.
