Description

Ingredients

3 ripe peaches, finely diced

1/2 cup cucumber, finely diced

1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced

1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add the diced peaches, cucumber, red bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl.
