Ingredients
1 package gluten-free puff pastry, thawed
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and finely diced
3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
Coarse sugar for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch until evenly mixed.
