Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken tenders and coat them evenly in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface if needed.
- Cook the chicken tenders for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
