Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat evenly with the marinade.
