1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk the watermelon gelatin powder into the boiling water until fully dissolved.

- Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until completely set.
- Once firm, use a sharp knife dipped in warm water to slice each lime half into wedges.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Use strawberry or cherry gelatin for a similar bright color with a flavor twist.
Swap clear soda for lemon-lime soda to enhance citrus flavor.
Add extra black sesame seeds on top for a more decorative look.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Keep wedges in a single layer or separated with parchment paper to maintain shape.
Do not reheat; serve chilled for best texture.
