This keto vanilla buttercream frosting is soft, creamy, and ready in just minutes. Perfect for low-carb cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other keto-friendly desserts.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sweetener substitute
2 tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
2–3 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Add the softened butter and sugar-free vanilla syrup to a mixing bowl and beat until combined.
- Add the powdered sweetener and mix well, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition, until the frosting reaches the desired consistency.
- Use immediately for spreading or piping onto cakes, cupcakes, cookies, or other desserts.
Notes
Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
For a richer vanilla flavor, add a little extra sugar-free vanilla syrup.
Mix in a small amount of cocoa powder for a chocolate variation.
Add food coloring for decorated cupcakes or cakes.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Let the frosting soften at room temperature and remix before using.
