Ingredients

6 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/16 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon baking powder

5 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce

2 1/2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese

Pinch dried Italian seasoning

68 mini pepperoni slices


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the water and olive oil, then stir until a smooth batter forms with no dry spots.
  3. Spoon the pizza sauce over the batter and spread it gently into an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with Italian seasoning and mini pepperoni slices.

Notes
