Description

This No-Bake Snickers Bar Pie features a buttery graham cracker crust filled with fluffy peanut butter cheesecake, chopped Snickers bars, and creamy whipped topping. Finished with chocolate, caramel, and crunchy peanuts, it’s an indulgent make-ahead dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup chunky peanut butter

½ cup powdered sugar

1 package (3.4 ounces) cheesecake instant pudding mix

1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream

1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed and divided

9 full-size Snickers candy bars, divided and chopped

1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Chopped peanuts, optional, for topping

Graham cracker crumbs, optional, for topping

Caramel sauce, optional, for drizzling

Mini chocolate chips, optional, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chunky peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth, creamy, and completely combined.
  2. Add the cheesecake instant pudding mix and beat until the dry pudding powder is fully incorporated into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. With the mixer running, gradually pour in the cold heavy whipping cream. Continue beating until the filling becomes thick, fluffy, and able to hold its shape. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Using a spatula, gently fold half of the thawed Cool Whip into the filling until evenly combined, maintaining its light and airy texture.
  5. Chop 6 full-size Snickers candy bars into bite-sized pieces. Gently fold them into the peanut butter cheesecake filling until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the prepared filling into the 9-inch graham cracker pie crust. Spread evenly with a spatula, gently mounding and smoothing the top.
  7. Spread or pipe the remaining Cool Whip over the pie. Chop the remaining 3 Snickers bars and arrange the pieces over the whipped topping. If desired, garnish with caramel sauce, chopped peanuts, graham cracker crumbs, or mini chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate the assembled pie for at least 3 hours, or overnight, until the filling is firm and completely set.
  9. Once thoroughly chilled, slice the pie into 10 portions using a sharp knife. Serve cold and enjoy.

Notes

Use fully softened cream cheese to ensure a smooth filling without lumps.

Make sure the heavy whipping cream is cold before mixing to help the filling thicken properly.

Use instant cheesecake pudding mix, not cook-and-serve pudding, because the filling sets without cooking.

For a smoother texture, substitute creamy peanut butter for chunky peanut butter in equal amounts.

For a chocolate variation, replace the graham cracker crust with a prepared Oreo cookie crust.

Add mini chocolate chips, melted chocolate, or chocolate ganache for an extra-rich chocolate version.

For individual servings, divide the filling among mini graham cracker crusts or dessert cups.

For a salted caramel variation, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt.

Substitute some of the Snickers bars with chopped Milky Way, Twix, or peanut butter cups for different flavors.

For the firmest filling and cleanest slices, refrigerate the pie overnight before serving.

For neat slices, dip a sharp knife into hot water and wipe it clean between cuts. Alternatively, freeze the pie for 20 to 30 minutes before slicing.

Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Freeze the pie or individual slices in airtight, freezer-safe containers for up to 1 to 2 months for best quality.

Thaw frozen pie in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. It can also be served slightly frozen for an ice cream-like texture.

Do not reheat this pie. Serve chilled to preserve its creamy cheesecake filling and whipped topping.

For the freshest presentation, add caramel drizzle and final candy decorations shortly before serving.
