Description

Orange Creamsicle Fluff is a light, creamy, no-bake dessert salad with bright citrus flavor, mini marshmallows, and a nostalgic orange-vanilla taste. Perfect for make-ahead gatherings and served chilled.


Ingredients

3 oz orange gelatin mix

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix

8 oz whipped topping, thawed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups mini marshmallows

28 oz mandarin oranges, drained


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the orange gelatin mix into the boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cold water and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator, add the vanilla pudding mix, and stir until smooth. Return to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Fold in the softened cream cheese until mostly smooth, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Add most of the mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows, reserving a small amount for garnish. Fold until evenly combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until chilled and fluffy.
  7. Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with remaining marshmallows and mandarin oranges before serving.

Notes

Drain mandarin oranges well to prevent a runny texture.

Add crushed pineapple (well-drained) for extra fruit flavor.

Use rainbow marshmallows for a colorful variation.

Shredded coconut can add a tropical twist.
