Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Add the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, cheddar cheese, and chopped romaine lettuce to a large mixing bowl.
