Instructions
- Combine the ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a medium bowl.

Notes
Whipped ricotta can be made up to 3 days ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Do not store assembled toast, as the bread will become soft.
Use sturdy bread such as sourdough, brioche, country loaf, or whole wheat for the best texture.
Full-fat ricotta provides the creamiest texture, but low-fat ricotta may also be used.
