Description

This creamy mango mousse is a light, fruity no-bake dessert made with sweet mango puree, whipped cream, and instant pudding for a smooth and airy texture without gelatin.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream

1 1/2 cups mango puree

1/3 cup powdered sugar

3 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Blend ripe mangoes until smooth to make the mango puree. Reserve 1/2 cup of puree for topping.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla instant pudding until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Pipe or spoon the mousse into 5 serving cups.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 5 hours until firm and creamy.
  6. Top with the reserved mango puree, fresh fruit, or whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Add lime zest for a fresh citrus flavor.

Layer with crushed cookies, diced mango, or whipped cream for a parfait-style dessert.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Serve chilled and do not freeze, as the texture may change after thawing.

Canned mango puree can be used if it is smooth and not too watery.
