Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 packet Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
12 ounces angel hair pasta
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and combine it with the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
- Shred or slice the chicken and stir it back into the sauce.
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to the package directions.
- Serve the creamy chicken and sauce over the cooked pasta.
