Description

Everything Bagel Dip is a rich, creamy appetizer packed with the savory flavors of classic everything bagel seasoning. This quick no-cook dip is perfect for parties, game days, holidays, or an easy snack.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons minced dried onion

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

2 teaspoons toasted white sesame seeds

2 teaspoons black sesame seeds

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste


Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, then mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the minced dried onion, poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and garlic powder.
  4. Reserve 1 teaspoon of the seasoning mixture for garnish.
  5. Stir the remaining seasoning mixture into the cream cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
  6. Season with kosher salt to taste.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved seasoning mixture over the top.
  8. Serve immediately with bagel chips, crackers, chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables, or refrigerate before serving for enhanced flavor.

Notes

Prepare up to 1 day ahead for even better flavor.

Stir before serving if refrigerated.

Add chopped chives or green onions for extra freshness.

Substitute part or all of the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
