Ingredients
2 pounds fresh peaches, sliced
1 package (3.4 ounces) cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
12 ounces whipped topping, thawed
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
18 ounces peach yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the whipped topping, softened cream cheese, cheesecake pudding mix, peach yogurt, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and free of cream cheese lumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the mixture to thicken.
- Wash, dry, pit, and slice the peaches into thin slices or bite-sized pieces.
- Gently fold the peaches into the chilled cheesecake mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Add chopped pecans, walnuts, or crushed graham crackers just before serving for extra crunch.
Use well-drained canned or thawed frozen peaches if fresh peaches are unavailable.
Try substituting some or all of the peaches with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, or pineapple.
Fold in mini marshmallows for a sweeter, fluffier dessert.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers for a peach cobbler-inspired flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Do not freeze, as the texture will change.
